Skilrock has focused its technology solutions around managing B2B (Retail) & B2C (Direct Consumer) Sales channels and developing & delivering numerous services over the channels. Retail channel is support over Point of Sale (POS) devices such as PC, handheld terminal, mobile phone and other third party devices; whereas direct consumer channel is supported on PC & mobile phones.

To start with, Skilrock has chosen gaming industry as its services space to leverage on Sugal & Damani's comprehensive domain knowledge. These services include draw games, scratch cards, instant win games etc. Forthcoming services include commercial services (utility bill payment, travel / hotel booking, mobile recharge).

A blend of comprehensive channel management, service engines and service delivery; has resulted in products like Instant ticket generation system, Gaming Portals, Mobile Gaming Portals, Interactive games, Backend Control and Management Solutions and also comprehensive platform for retail network including customized ERP Solutions.

The solutions are based on open standards and generic n-tier web based architecture so as to work well in association with existing or forthcoming third party solutions across the globe.

Beyond the Gaming Solution Space, Skilrock is, however, fully competent and experienced to deliver solutions for a wide range of industries and has already been involved in industries like Travel & Education. Given the competence available within Skilrock and the opportunities being leveraged by Sugal & Damani, a very high growth and diversification is expected in the days to come.

With a strong belief in open source technologies and with an intent to be flexible, Skilrock focuses on a range of java technologies like Core Java, J2EE and none the less J2ME for Mobile Devices & C/C++ for EFT POS Handheld Terminals. In addition, Skilrock has expertise to deliver standalone solutions, web based solutions and Interactive Games in Flash Action Script. Quality has never been a second priority for Skilrock, say it be functional and performance testing or Quality processes.
In addition, Skilrock has recently secured CMMI Level 3 certification, while working with KPMG Team as its consultants. Few of its other products are also been / in process of been certified by respective certifying bodies.
